Library Opening August 3
For currently enrolled students and others whose library research needs cannot be met remotely.
Oklahoma City University is under a Restricted Access policy in keeping with public safety measures implemented by City and State officials and the CDC’s guidance encouraging remote work and social distancing during the Coronavirus pandemic. The library will be open for research and study for current students, faculty and staff starting August 3. You will be asked to show your OCU ID. A mask is required.
Visitors whose library research needs cannot be met remotely may request an appointment. To make an appointment you must complete the Library Appointments Form. Please note that you do not have an appointment until the Library has responded to your request.
Library Help Available Remotely
Reference Librarians are working and monitoring email, chat and telephone, and are available Monday through Thursday 9 to 5 to meet with you remotely via Zoom web conferencing software. If you make an appointment, the Librarian will contact you with a link to join a Zoom meeting at the designated time.
All online resources should be available. If you need assistance accessing them, please contact us by one of the methods below.
Interlibrary Loan for articles continues. ILL for books may be delayed until most libraries reopen.
