SearchOSCN.com is a database of pleadings, briefs, motions, and other court filings available on OSCN.net. SearchOSCN includes the 21 most populous counties in Oklahoma and covers approximately the last 10 years. Dockets in CS, CJ, CV, FD, FP, and PB cases are included.
Database is limited to law school students, faculty, and staff. Registration is required for access.
Why would someone use SearchOSCN instead of OSCN.net to locate court filings? OSCN.net provides dockets and some full text filings from all of Oklahoma’s seventy-seven counties and three appellate courts. Use OSCN when you have a known case or party in mind and want to see the docket or a specific court filing. Not all court filings are available in full text on OSCN.net. Full text searching of entire dockets is not currently possible with OSCN.net
SearchOSCN.com is designed to locate specifically named pleadings, briefs, motions, or other court filings. For example, you need to draft a motion to compel in a civil case and want to see recently used examples from other pending cases in Tulsa county.
