OSCN - Oklahoma Constitution

To browse the Oklahoma Constitution on The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN), follow these steps:

1. Go to OSCN.

2. Click on the Legal Research tab; this will take you to the The Electronic Law Library for Oklahoma.

3. Under "All Oklahoma Legal Materials," go to the Oklahoma Constitution.

To search the Oklahoma Constitution, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Advanced Search screen.

2. Enter your search terms in Section 1 (search tips are available here).

3. Complete fields and checkboxes in Sections 2 and 3 as needed.

4. Very Important: In Section 4, select Oklahoma Constitution.

OSCN - Statutes

To browse the Oklahoma Statutes on The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN), follow these steps:

1. Go to OSCN.

2. Click on the Legal Research tab; this will take you to the The Electronic Law Library for Oklahoma.

3. Under "All Oklahoma Legal Materials," go to the Oklahoma Statutes Citationized.

To search the Oklahoma Statutes, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Advanced Search screen.

2. Enter your search terms in Section 1 (search tips are available here).

3. Complete fields and checkboxes in Sections 2 and 3 as needed.

4. Very Important: In Section 4, select the Oklahoma Statutes Citationized or Oklahoma Session Laws, depending on your research needs.

OSCN - Cases

To browse the Oklahoma appellate-level cases on The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN), go to OSCN and click on the Decisions tab along the top. The decisions of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Court of Criminal Appeals, and the Court of Civil Appeals are divided into recent decisions (past 30, 60, and 90 days) or there is an option to "View by Year" for each court.

From the latter option, you can also search case law for a specific court. To search case law from all three appellate courts at once, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Advanced Search screen.

2. Enter your search terms in Section 1 (search tips are available here).

3. Complete fields and checkboxes in Sections 2 and 3 as needed.

4. Very Important: In Section 4, select the courts you want to search.
