Services: Thesis Binding

Quick Link

The Dulaney-Browne Library provides thesis binding services for OCU students completing a capstone project, masters thesis or doctoral dissertation.

Complete, university-wide official requirements for the submission are included in the graduate catalog for the year you began your program.

Additional requirements are available in the style sheets provided by your programs. (Contact your advisor for more information.)

Your advisor must sign off that your completed project meets these guidelines:

  • at least 1 unbound copy for the library
  • white, letter-size, acid-free, 20-24 pound, 25-100 percent rag content paper
  • 1 ½ inch left and  1 inch top, and bottom margins, and right margins
  • printed on one side of the paper (except musical compositions)
  • all copies include signatures of advisor and or committee
  • meets program title page and abstract requirements
  • meets program style sheet requirements

Shipment Dates

During the Covid-19 emergency, the library and the bindery are closed, so delivery of completed bound theses will be delayed.

Theses are sent to a bindery at the end of each semester for processing and are returned 1-3 months later.
