The Florida Supreme court added the following to their oath of admission in 2011: "To opposing parties and their counsel, I pledge fairness, integrity, and civility, not only in court, but also in all written and oral communications"
Louisiana

New Mexico
“I will maintain civility at all times” Oath modified March 30, 2010
South Carolina
