Browse Subjects listed under each article for new key words to try
Use or to search for articles with all related terms
for example: "shift reports" or "hand off"

if you find (or expect to find) too many articles on the topic that are not from a nursing perspective
Any Author is a Nurse: check box
if you find (or expect to find) too many articles on the topic that are not from a nursing perspective and the Journal Subset Nursing limit didn't work well
Age Groups
to limit to a particular population when there is enough research that closely matches your needs
Language: English
Removes articles that are not in English (up to 10% on average).
Number of Pages: Greater than 2
if you are seeing too many research abstracts rather than full articles on your topic.
