Page, William Herbert, Page on the Law of Wills, 4th ed. (Newark, NJ: LexisNexis Matthew Bender, 1960-).  Call # KF 755 .P35.  This title has been in pblucation since 1901.  It includes extensive citations to case law and statutes from around the country, scholarly commentary on all aspects of wills and a section of forms and sample clauses.  (Description by Svengalis).

Price, John R., Price on Contemporary Estate Planning, 2d ed. (Riverwoods, IL: CCH, Inc., 2008-).  Call # KF 750 .P75.  The author is a practitioner and the work includes forms, worksheets, and checklists.  (Description from Svengalis).

Rounds, Charles E., Jr. and Charles E. Rounds, III, Loring and Rounds: A Trustees Handbook (New York: Aspen Publishers, 2010).  Call # KF 730 .Z9 L62.  First published in 1898 and is now considered the leading reference guide in the field.  (Description from Svengalis).  The Law library has the 2004 edition.

Scott, Austin Wakeman, et al., The Law of Trusts, 4th ed. (New York: Aspen Publishers, 1987-).  Call # KF 730 .S3.  Known as the definitive work on the law of trusts and very scholarly in nature.  A useful feature for practitioners is the alphabetical listing of annotations to state case law and secondary authority.  (Description from Svengalis).
